Training Mask — Owner Guide

GET SET UP IN 60 SECONDS
Take the Cover Off
Gently pull the front cover off the mask body by gripping the edges and pulling outward.
Detach the Sleeve
Pull the old sleeve away from the mask body. Remove carefully to avoid damaging either part.
Attach the New Sleeve
Place the new sleeve onto the mask body and press firmly around the edges until it snaps securely into place.
Attach the Cover
Align the cover over the Regulation System and press until it clicks. Make sure all tabs are fully secured.
Put the Mask On
Adjust the head strap for a comfortable fit. The mask should sit snugly over your nose and mouth. Tighten the strap by pulling it over the back of your head.
Set Your Resistance
Rotate the PRS dial on the front of the mask to pick your level (1–4). You can change it mid-session — no tools needed.
TRAIN THE MUSCLE YOU FORGOT ABOUT
Your diaphragm is the engine behind every breath. Like any other muscle, it gets stronger when you train it under load — and weaker when you don't.
The Training Mask works like a dumbbell for your breathing. By restricting airflow, it forces your diaphragm and intercostal muscles to work harder with every inhale. Over time, they get stronger, faster, and more efficient.
Stronger breathing muscles mean deeper inhales, better oxygen delivery to your bloodstream, and the ability to push past the metaboreflex — the point where your lungs give out before your legs do. The mask pushes that ceiling higher.
FIND YOUR STARTING POINT
BEGINNER
Ambitious athlete, new to breathing training. Comfortable resistance to build the habit without overwhelming your lungs.
ADVANCED
You train regularly. Step up to more demanding resistance that makes every session count.
PROFESSIONAL
You've already logged sessions with the mask. Ready to push past your current ceiling.
EXTREME
Maximum output. For athletes with serious mask experience who want to train harder and longer at peak intensity.
HOW TO PROGRESS
- Start at Level 1 for your first 2 weeks, no matter how fit you are. Let your breathing muscles adapt.
- Train 15–20 minutes per session, 3–4 times per week. Quality over duration.
- Progress one level every 2–3 weeks, not faster. Don't skip levels.
- Use during moderate cardio — running, cycling, rowing, HIIT. Not maximum-intensity sprints.
- Always train with a partner nearby, especially at higher levels.
- Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or breathless beyond exertion.
