FAQ
How warm is it?
Made for standing still in the cold: fleece over your head, ears, face, neck and shoulders. For running in the cold, see the Thermal Face Guard.
Does it work with a helmet?
No. It's cut loose for your head and collar, so it won't sit right under a helmet, and it isn't made to go over one. Under a bike or ski helmet, wear the Winter Balaclava.
Can I wear glasses with it?
Yes. Set the face panel below your glasses. If they fog, fold the panel down for a minute.
Will it look like a ski mask?
With the face panel up, it covers your face the way a ski mask does. Fold the panel under your chin and it reads as a hood and a scarf.
What size is it?
One adult size for women and men.
How is it different from the Winter Balaclava?
The balaclava is a fitted fleece layer that goes under a helmet. The hood is looser, covers your shoulders too, and is made for the cold you stand in.
