OXYFIT™ Advanced Compression Socks
The OXYFIT™ Advanced Compression Socks deliver true 20–30 mmHg graduated pressure — the firm tier that holds through hour 12. Built for training recovery, long shifts, and long flights.
- True 20–30 mmHg compression Firm tier. Strong enough to feel by hour 8 — below prescription grade, no doctor’s note required.
- Graduated pressure Firm at the ankle (~30 mmHg), lighter at the calf (~20 mmHg). The gradient that drives circulation upward.
- Stay-up cuff, 12+ hour hold Soft band that doesn’t roll, dig, or cut off at the top. 4-way stretch holds through a double shift.
- Bamboo charcoal yarn Anti-microbial and moisture-wicking. Your feet stay dry and fresh through long days.
- Post-training recovery Supports legs after hard runs, heavy lifts, and endurance sessions. Back to training faster.
- Built for long shifts Professionals spending 8–12 hours on their feet — nurses, teachers, trades, hospitality.
- Recovery-grade build Reinforced heel and toe. Machine-wash durable. Built for rotation, not one-time wear.
Built for: Training recovery, long shifts, long flights, daily leg support
SIZE CHART (20–30 mmHg)
Measure ankle & calf — if between sizes, choose by calf size.
HOW TO MEASURE
- Measure in the morning, before swelling starts.
- Ankle: narrowest point, just above the ankle bone.
- Calf: widest point of the calf, standing relaxed.
- Keep the tape snug but not pulling the skin.
| Size | US | AUS/UK | EU | Ankle | Calf |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| S/M | 3.5–6.5 | 3.5–6.5 | 34–39 | 20–23 cm 7.9–9.1 in |
30–38 cm 11.8–15 in |
| L/XL | 7–10 | 7–10 | 40–44 | 23–26 cm 9.1–10.2 in |
35–43 cm 13.8–16.9 in |
| XXL | 11–14 | 11–14 | 45–49 | 26–29 cm 10.2–11.4 in |
40–48 cm 15.7–18.9 in |
CALF RULES OVER SHOE SIZE. If your calf and shoe size fall into different rows, order by calf size. The sock has to circumference-fit, or the compression won’t work.
BETWEEN SIZES? If your calf is 35–38 cm (S/M ↔ L/XL overlap) or 40–43 cm (L/XL ↔ XXL overlap), size up — you’ll get the correct pressure profile without a tourniquet effect at the top.

OXYFIT™ Advanced Compression Socks
Designed for all-day leg support with graduated 20–30 mmHg compression — for training, travel, and long days on your feet.
Built for: Athletes recovering from hard training, professionals spending 8–12 hours on their feet, and long-haul travelers who want to land without heavy legs.
Why 20–30 mmHg: Firm enough to support circulation through a 12-hour day. Below prescription grade — no doctor’s note required.
GRADUATED COMPRESSION
WHY 20–30 MMHG — AND NOT LESS.
We built OXYFIT at 20–30 — the highest you can buy without a prescription, and the only tier that actually works for a 12-hour shift or a hard training day.
HONEST SCOPE
WHAT THESE DO. WHAT THESE DON’T.
We build compression for real use cases. Not miracle claims.
SUPPORT CIRCULATION AND RECOVERY.
- Support circulation during long hours on your feet.
- Reduce end-of-shift swelling and leg fatigue.
- Support post-training recovery and reduce next-day soreness.
- Keep legs feeling lighter on flights over 4 hours.
TREAT DISEASE OR PROMISE MIRACLES.
-
Not a medical device. If you’re managing a circulation-related condition, talk to your doctor before adding compression.
-
Not a performance booster during exercise. For respiratory and endurance gains, train with the OXYFIT™ Breath Trainer.
-
Not one-size-fits-all. If your calf is outside the chart, the exchange is free.

What Are OXYFIT™ Advanced Compression Socks Made Of?
• 63% Polyester: Keeps colors bright and vibrant, ensuring the socks look new even after multiple washes. This material is also lightweight and breathable, providing comfort for extended wear.
• 26% Bamboo Charcoal: Offers natural anti-microbial properties that help keep your feet fresh and odor-free. Bamboo charcoal is also moisture-wicking, helping to keep your feet dry throughout the day.
• 11% Cotton: Adds extra durability and warmth. Cotton is known for its softness and comfort, making these socks suitable for all-day wear while providing a snug fit.
PUTTING THEM ON
THE 10-SECOND METHOD.
Compression socks are tight by design. Here’s what nurses and runners do.
← SWIPE TO SEE ALL STEPS →
TURN INSIDE-OUT
Pull the sock inside-out down to the heel. Skipping this is why people struggle.
SLIP INTO THE TOE
Slide your foot into the toe cup. Snug but not stuck.
UNROLL OVER THE HEEL
Unroll the cuff up over your heel. The sock starts to feel right here.
SMOOTH UP TO THE CALF
Pull evenly up to the top. Smooth out any bunching. Done.
Takes one try. By pair two, you won’t think about it.
Questions? We’ve Got You Covered
If you have additional questions, please feel free to reach out to us at info@oxyfit.store.
Are these hard to put on?
Tight at first — that’s the compression doing its job. Use the inside-out-to-heel method in the guide above. Takes one try to learn. By the second pair, it’s automatic.
What if they don’t fit my calf?
Calf size wins over shoe size. Use the size chart, measure in the morning before swelling. If the fit is off, we swap for free within 30 days.
Is 20–30 mmHg too tight for daily wear?
It’s the firm tier, not medical grade. Firm enough that you feel the support by hour 8. Not so firm your foot goes numb. If it ever does — that’s a sizing issue, not the pressure. Exchange is free.
Can I wear them if I have a medical condition?
We don’t make medical claims. If you’re managing a circulation-related condition, talk to your doctor first. Compression socks are a tool, not a treatment.
How long do they last?
With correct wash care (cold, tumble low, no softener), the compression holds 6–8 months of regular wear. Most customers rotate 2–4 pairs and get over a year out of the set.
When will my order arrive?
US: 4–13 days. International: 4–17 days. We ship within 1–5 business days of order.
What’s your return policy?
30-day, no questions. Exchange or refund. Email info@oxyfit.store.
