START LIGHT
In your guard, 1 lb sits at the end of your arm for the whole round. By minute three, it feels heavier than it sounds. Add reps before you add bars.

Load your guard and keep your hands free. OXYFIT™ Wearable Weights put 1 lb on each wrist or ankle in 8 slide-off silicone bars, so you can train shoulders, hips, and guard work with the weight strapped on instead of held.
Best for: combat athletes, warm-ups, mat and studio work, home training — and anyone serious about training with control.

What's inside
Eight steel-core bars on an elastic strap. Tap a part to see what it does.

RESISTANCE YOU WEAR
A dumbbell makes you hold it. Wearable weights leave your hands free, so the load stays on while you move: guard up in shadow rounds, leg raises on the mat, shoulder circles before a session.

Adjustable load
Use + and − to see how the load builds on one strap.
Light setting. Good for your first sessions.
Three rules for training with light weights.

Slow reps, full range, no swinging. The weight follows your form.

No running, jumping, sprinting, or full-power punches with them on. Save them for technique and activation work.
How to use them
Three ways to work them into a session.

011 or 2 warm-up rounds at technique pace, guard up. For conditioning rounds, take them off and put on the Training Mask.

1 lb (about 450 g) per strap and 2 lb for the pair. Each strap holds 8 bars.
Yes. Slide bars on or off to go from a few bars up to the full 1 lb per strap.
On small wrists, slide 1 or 2 bars off so the strap closes snug.
We don't recommend it. Keep them for slow, controlled work, and take them off for running and jumping.
At technique pace, as a warm-up: 1 or 2 rounds with your guard up. That's the format the coaches at Boxing Science recommend for shadow boxing with light weights. Take them off before full-speed or bag work.
They handle sweat. Wipe them clean after training and don't soak them.
