Honestly didnt think id use this much but its been great. This one actually works. ears stay warm which is huge for me cause i hate hats when im running.

Ok so i bought this plus the breathing trainer i thought the breathing trainer was gonna be gimmicky but its actually legit? been using it every morning for 3 weeks and i can tell my cardio is better. then i use this mask for my runs
